Your company's legal form affects your personal liability, your taxes, your social insurance and your credibility with customers and banks. It is a choice that deserves to be made with full knowledge of the facts.

A sole proprietorship is simple to set up but puts your personal assets on the line. A Sàrl (limited liability company) requires capital of CHF 20'000, and an SA (public limited company) capital of CHF 100'000, of which at least CHF 50'000 must be paid in at incorporation. We help you compare these options for your project.
